I found the app using bank transfer. They will give u account number immediately you register and proceed to payment, ur account number will show. The exchange rate isn't same, it can be less or more, it always fluctuating according to the value of naira in Nigeria currently, so it's not same. The reason I recommend you to change the currency is because you will have to make your payment in USD not in naira, and with USD you don't need to convert from naira to dollar before you know the actual price. There's some things master do that classic don't. It's just like Visa and master card. There's no much different thou, and they bought are acceptable on AliExpress. When the turnover is large, shipment issues might occur. It sometimes happens that AliExpress doesn’t deliver products to the addressees. There are a lot of possible reasons for that. A courier service picks up orders from a warehouse. Issues can occur on the third step when the parcel doesn’t get shipped. In this case the tracking number becomes invalid and the customer sees the “Shipment cancelled” status in the personal account in “My Orders” section. Sometimes the seller deliberately cancels shipment due to technical reasons - delivery documents inaccuracy, non-ability to meet the delivery terms, etc. No doubt that any case it is the seller’s fault and in 99% of cases you can reckon on the refund. What to Write to the Seller? Describe your problem and attach a screenshot so that the seller could understand what product you are speaking about. An average time of getting a reply is one week. If the terms of the buyer protection are not expiring yet, wait for the seller’s reply. They can assign a new tracking number to the product, send the product once again or offer a refund. You should open the dispute in case the seller doesn’t answer to your message or they refuse to make a refund (it happens very rarely though). Remember that you have the right to contact AliExpress customer support at any time and you will for sure get a reply. Alibaba guarantees fair deals so there is no need to worry if you didn’t get the product. The seller or AliExpress will return your money back. I hope this is helpful? Actually as a student I do used the school address,they always bring it to the campus direct and I will receive a call or text and go collect it.
