First of all Well done! Never underestimate what you have achieved so far. You need to look at it in milestones, 10k, 50k 100k - each one is really hard to reach. When i have done this in the past, which is completely natural, i always take a step back and have a break for a few weeks. At this time i research competitors and see what they are doing which is different. Often it gives you a different approach.

Just because you’re live, doesn’t mean you need to be spontaneous with your Content . Have a plan, write out bullet points on a cue card, put it in a place where you can glance at it without it being noticeable. Start by doing short Facebook lives maybe just a minute or two whatever you’re comfortable with and expand from there as you begin to feel less intimidated. You can always delete the recorded videos from your page if you want to. Consider practicing on a brand new business page that has no followers yet to reduce the anxiety and the number of people that would watch it.

Facebook’s terms and conditions state: In order to maintain the accuracy of Page content, our Pages Terms now prohibit Pages from tagging or encouraging people to tag themselves in content that they are not actually depicted in. So, for instance: It’s OK to ask people to submit names of a new product in exchange for a chance to win a prize It’s not OK to ask people to tag themselves in pictures of a new product in exchange for a chance to win a prize." It's also not okay to ask people to tag a friend in a post to enter.
