Sir I have one doubt.I am preparing for upsc 2021.For joining pdf membership I have to pay fees once for two year or I have to pay every year.Kindly clear my doubt.If once I have to pay then I will join now.otherwise else later.If I join now then next year updated extra material I will get in this fees or have to pay more.

Kindly 1-9 October tell us imp topic which we should make notes of. Illustrate what toppers means by saying make notes on topic. What the topic should contain like pros cons etc. As most of them don't make newspaper notes like we do.each and Every thing we write from newspaper. How do they manage by making topic wise notes. Just to have a idea.kindly tell imp topics 1-9 Oct.!! Will be highly grateful if you post the second video regarding this.!!!! Till date no one has told about this.
