I don’t play that much anymore, but I’ve noticed that when I do, about every three or four years I will get so deeply into a game, usually role-playing and be sucked into it for three or four weeks, nonstop! Hi John! I completely understand your frustration, perhaps narrowing it down to pain points within leadership like leader-ship itself. Maybe zoom in on the attributes of leader-ship (not the leader) and then zoom out and show practical application in various fields. I'm noticing that alot of people who need to understand how to transfer their leader-ship abilities into another industry, how to reposition themselves mentally, and what skills gaps they may need to nurture to leverage their leadership experience. Just a thought
