The learning of moving 90 degrees is very challenging. It's human nature to move away from things flying towards you - not in line with it, but like 45 degrees at most - not to the side of something coming towards you. I think a solution to getting better at it would be to after using a skill or auto attack, put your mouse back on top of your character (but still in the direction you planned to go, so slightly ahead if you still wanted to walk forwards) so that when you see a skill, you can click perpendicular to it much faster.

Another important point to dodge and sidestep is to click very close to your character. If you click to far from your character to move you will do slow and large movements. If instead you do a lot of clicks very close to your character you have a better control of your movements and can do sidestepping more efficiently

100% true. Though 1 step further would be to do bring your cursor back to your own character right after using an ability or auto attack.

One more thing about mobility spells (my opinion), is to combine offensive and defensive. Dodging is key in some situations, but to get the max out of it you can think ahead. Some examples are: 1:18 Akali dodged Ori R but also hit her with the E 3:22 Sylas Using Malphite R to dodge and ult lee and Zoe at the same time 6:47 Lucian E dodged Camille and repositioned to finish off Lillia And basically you need to understand how the enemy champion works as well

yeah you can dodge like this but more often you go left/right from his Q1 it's not hard because Q1 is pretty easy to dodge then you need to dodge either back or forward you need to predict when velkoz will split his Q2 you can bait him like you are going forward and then sidestep to the back

But what about jg in low elo in 6:10. It's really great for challengers to be able to trust their teammates well since they know they're high elo enough to use the minimap. Low elo players tend to never even help you in 6:10

to predict correctly you would need to know all the abilities from all 150+ champs and their combos... that's totally impossible to do for a new player.. maybe after 1 or 2 years... i cant even remember all their names... and keeping track of everything thats happening on screen is very hard too, sometimes i forget that the minimap exists or loose my mouse cursor or my character.. its simply too much and way too fast.. this is not a game you can casually play when your energy and concentration is already low... i wonder how good players prepare their sessions to get into a super focused mindset. i know that in asia they treat this game like a job, with training camps and everything..
