Thanks for this. Just got a 3200G setup - didn't quite manage 4Ghz on the CPU (stable for an hour stressing at 3.9 all core) but did get the GPU to 1700. I followed the tutorial and more than happy with that as a result. Temps are a bit higher but I am running a ITX small form factor PC which has a low profile Noctua so to be expected.

my games crashed everytime on my 4ghz cpu/1700 GPU profile even tho it passed the stability test and temps did not exceed 67C. turned out my bios version was very old "from 2019" and after updating my games crash no more. I'm having considerable fps boost on forza horizon 4, before the oc I got 48-52fps with some minor stuttering, and after oc I'm getting constant 52-62 and sometimes it rises to 70fps. pretty impressive.

@@princejisu220 yes, save. dont go from 2400 to 3200 at once, go step by step you want to increase the ram voltage to some degree then, in order to work stable (raise ram mhz until blue screen appears while booting>>then increase voltage a bit to stabilize) every ram chips are differently capable, you want to find out these limits - so, dont be afraid of bluescreens. figure it out yes, save x

Very interesting! So for 33% more GPU clock (which is crazy btw) you'd normally expect at least 20-25% more FPS. However the Vega here seems cleary throttled by the RAM bandwith that cannot keep up. If you'd overclock your memory you should gain a lot more fps.

his resolution is not 4k this CPU barely even handles YT at 4k also, increasing your resolution above the native one will only stress your components more, it won't change how the image looks. Although, reducing your resolution to 900p or 720p will improve your performance. Hope this helps :)

Voltages you tried for 1800 MHz are excessive for SoC. Furmark was never valid test for GPUs for any use case. It will either downclock GPU to stay within power limit or it will try to melt VRM.

That is the point, we do not know his ram speed, i bet he has some dual kit of kingston 2400 shit sticks, my ryzen`s 5 3350 g iGPU was OC from 1300 to 1400, but whith ram speed 3266, i can set 1700 for iGPU, but my ram downclocks to 2400, so this 1700 iGPU makes no sens to me. + his GTA 5 results where actualy worse then stock.... ou yea, and do not forget that he had chill 45 degree system, and now has 65 degree system ( which is not hot, but still....) + OC of CPU makes no sense, cos it is GPU botleneck. Hmm... I do managed to get it up to 4.0 Ghz and the GPU until 1500 Hz I believe without changing the voltage, but sometimes it has stuttering issue, does changing ur voltage using ur settings would help the stability ? Or what can i do to reduce that stuttering ? Hey! I have a question,you said to stress cpu 20-30 minutes but you stayed only 2 minutes. And also can i overclock my ryzen 3 3200g with Gigabyte A320M-S2H motherboard?

Just need to make sure if motherboard can hold more than 20 minutes stress, because if you play some game more than 1 hour and you don't know if is safe to overclock without crash or freeze pc. A320 series can't overclock.

I’m taking your word for the stress cpu thing cos idk what to do so imma just do 4.0 GHz and 1.35 voltage as I don’t want it to be super hot

With the stock cooler coming from the 3200g box is it safe with 3.8ghz in every core? I'm just really worried. Never tried overclocking before and I wanna take things easy

It’s 3.8 GHz by default so it’s %100 safe

Wow thanks for share..but raise so much the temperature 🌡️ and here in Brazil is very hot so that 66 can go easy to 75 here in normal day of 38C hot day....can you share a profile more balance between FPS and temperature?

Which ram do you use ??? And also the chipset is importent for overclocking
