I have anxiety from the moment I wake us I lost my oldest son out of 6 kids tragically when he was 6 in 92 I’m a worrier, I’m getting better through meditation, my anxiety now is my married we’ve been through a lot I was in survivor mode coming from a divorced home with drinking problems .. abandonment issues.. self love and coping skills are coming along!! I was born premature at 25 weeks I weight 1 pound and wasn’t held for 4 1/2 months I was 5 months old when I came home from the hospital, my twin brother died at birth! I’m 58 now!

Along with meditation please do Pranayama and aerobic exercises. Also Marissa Peer ' s videos and Ajahn Brahm and Therapy In Nutshell are quite helpful. Hope these will suffice

Absolutely wonderful and appropriate for my son who has paralyzing anxiety and depression. His blood work done and may have Babesia. He’s in such a bad way, he wants to die. I hope he’ll try this! Thank you!
