Here are the stages mentioned. Stage 1: Have a detailed plan. Stage 2: step at a time. Stage 3: Be gradual. Stage 4: start right now. Stage 5: strength your resolve. Stage 6: having a better internal reminding system. Stage 7: place obstacle between you and the bad habits. Stage 8: find good alternative to the bad habits. Stage 9: Ask for help. Stage 10: Al du'a, ask Allah for help.

اللهم بارك لشيوخنا. Beautiful reminders and beautifully and accurately translated. I ask Allah to reward both our shuyukh with the highest rank in jannah and grant us the wisdom of our elders, increase us in beneficial knowledge and grant us the tawfeeq to act upon what we have learned and to pass what we have learnt on to others and make it a sadaqa jaariya for all of us in that chain, starting with our esteemed scholars . The name of the translator is Sheikh Dr.Adnan Abdul Qadir.

@@wale4862 You are mistaken. The guest speaker seated on the right is Shaykh Dr Adnan. The translator sitting on the left is Shaykh Dr Ahsan Hanif. May Allaah bless you, cover our mistakes and help us with our bad habits - Aameen.
