Hey man, I watched you a lot some time ago, however I quit playing apex and as a result stopped watching apex content. However I just got a notification from this channel and decided to watch, and I must say, to know that you’re a follower of Christ is such an amazing thing. I also have alot of depression, and my faith is the only thing that gives me genuine comfort. I can’t wait to see what else you bring to your channel.

I used to struggle with coming to terms with my mental health since I'd been cooping it up for years since childhood and simply put it aside to not burden people. But in high school it started to affect me badly and even affect my physical body (constant stuffy nose, tightness in different areas of my body that affected my breathing, fatigue, poor sleep) to the point were I had to go two years extra before I could graduate. The worst part was I didn't even know what was causing it because I had been ignoring my mental health for so long. so I legit thought I was dying. It was literally last year that I realised that all these symptoms were due to my current mental health. Your videos have helped me more than what I've been able to find in the last 5 years and they've given me soo much relief and reassurance in my faith and salvation. You're truly a blessing man, God has without a doubt called you for this. Every video you've made so far that's been related to God has been helpful even if it's just a small tip or a short scripture you quoted. I'm really looking forward to more content and to see where God takes your channel. 😃

I deal with some bad anxiety, especially during the pandemic where I was stuck in online learning for almost 2 years. As a college student now I’ve felt better but now this anxiety is coming back and it’s hard to deal with at times. I’m doing my part to get back into church and reading my bible as much as I can to help calm my mind. It’s a process, and I am talking with a counselor in my school, but I appreciate you making this video and talking about this topic

You’re welcome! Scripture that I immediately thought of while reading your comment is Philippians 4:4-7. Check it out. It talks about how to not be anxious. “Don’t be anxious for anything, but by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the PEACE of God, which surpasses ALL understanding, WILL guard your hearts and minds THROUGH Christ Jesus.” Verse 4 starts with, rejoice in the Lord, always rejoice. Meaning, just fully depend on Him, and He promises to wipe anxiety out ❤️

Im a Christian and Im going to thru this now.. And youre right that depression can come back full force bc I had it many yrs ago and now that I lost my grandma and my dads health is bad Im startin to feel the same if not worse😔

4 months ago my dog ​​died, he was my best friend and I still miss him so much. He lived 15 years with me, I am 20 years old. It's a very hard experience :( thanks for these videos Match...

Yes I'm struggling with depression been alot of tramuer fill my mind with this stuff I pray for the family illnesses but I'm stuck yes hating self and condemnation thoughts Like the constant feelings I'm not enough Can't get it right I know it's thoughts that are not me pray yes I'm putting my mind with the tranuers thanks need help thank you

I don’t have plans to come back and stream it. I may do a once per week Bible study stream though, just to chat and share the gospel and my heart to people who need it or want to hear it ❤️
