Who watching the doubts??? It just appear in awerness. Why are u speaking to the person?

It’s very simple. Words are being heard by you. Those words each have a meaning which was programmed into the brain throughout childhood - it’s not gibberish, you hear words with the meaning inherent in them. In turn, these words with meaning being heard condition the mind to act in particular ways. It’s a bit like a computer, with words being the computer code. Enter a line a code into a computer and it will “do some action”. For example, “you are stupid” is a line of code that may evoke a physical response in the body, along with associated conditioned responses in reply, like “no I’m not, you’re stupid”. So although “Sam” isn’t speaking to “anyone”, the words are having a conditioned effect on the viewer’s mind, altering their conditioned response. Let’s say you had the goal of losing weight. You search for some KZbin videos of how to lose weight because there is a belief these will aid in this goal. You come across a video and you hear “If you do X, you will lose weight”. If that line of code (words with meaning) is accepted (believed) then the subsequent action may be to do X. In short, there doesn’t need to be a “doer” for things to get “done”. It would be very tiresome and not a very effective way to communicate if we didn’t use classical language, like “I” or “you” or “person”. It’s more a case of seeing these words for what they are, ways of talking, rather than “real things”. So what Sam is doing in this video is attempting to alter the programmed response of the viewer’s mind in response to doubt. Alter the “lines of code” that follow the doubt “lines of code”, if you will. No-one needs to be watching the doubts, it’s just a way of speaking ☺️
