Mene bhi kahi padha tha, khud se promise mat karo easily agar pura nahi kar sakte, or agar promise kiya hai to usko to pura karna hi hoga.. else you will be in negative thoughts about yourself… ek baar dusro se promise bhale hi break kar lo par khudse kabhi nahi…(I’m teaching this to myself please like so every time I’ll be reminded)

I can relate a lot of things here...yes, motivation fades away but discipline matters a lot...breathing exercises i.e. Pranayam is a game changer for me. Difficult part is always unlearn i.e. empty yourself or unwiring old connections in your subconscious mind.

I am.not disciplined at all n yes i doom scroll many times especially on holidays and festivals times. Will try out discipline life from today. This inspired thx Aakanksha. I would love to hear how you found your safety net. How do u stay so full of life when u dont have a partner along your side. As u mentioned u have good encouraging people! Khud se kiya vaada to nibhana padega. Aaj saare kaam khatam karke, maine bhi apne se kiya vaada nibhaya. Hum kabhi kabhi apne se kiye vaade ko itna sacred banaa dete hai ki bs shubh muhurt ka intezar karte rehte hai usse poora krne ke liye - Jaise aaj mai 1 ghanta nikalungi falaan kaam ke liye. But 24 ghante nikal jaate hai wo 1 ghanta nahi aata. So the mantra I learned from one of the life coaches is, say to your brain- Just shut up and do it. Aapne bhi vahi kiya, bs record kiya and without thinking much about edits aapne post kiya. Kyuki khat mein kya likha hai wo jyaada jaruri hai. Naa ki kis lifafe mei aaya hai. Kudos to you!

Going through separation ....so your podcasts are so helpful. Just one question ...did you have to take therapy to overcome anxiety and overthinking because these come during and after separation.
