How to Overcome Perfectionism

I am aware I am far from perfect, but I hate the nitpicking in my head and sometimes I do not even try because I feel I will not reach a certain standard. This is ridiculous and self-sabotaging of course, which I renounce, while loosening myself of every form of perfectionism in my life in accordance with this whole message, in accordance with isaiah 53:5, romans 8:23, mark 2:17, philippians 3:12 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

i'm a man with such high standards. came across to this channel to learn the "PERFECT WAY TO study the bible" and it overwhelms me, i worry that i'm not reading it the best way, or applying it the best way.then i get intimidated and not reading the bible at all. and from this video i realized that my perspective is all on ME, And i should point my eyes on Jesus. The intro is so me! I've struggles with perfectionism all my life but getting better. Its such a painful and emotionally draining lifestyle to want to do everything perfectly, incluidng how one relates with God. Thank you for sharing on this matter.
