Thanks It’s a great learning. What I believed was : If it’s about Affordability then that would be a wrong Prospect/ Customer Profile. If it’s about Value then one must seriously need to look into their Product/ Services.

Hi Waseem. If it's about Affordability, the Prospect may ASSUME they cannot afford. If it's about Value, the Prospect may ASSUME it's not worth it. Our job in sales is to CHALLENGE their ASSUMPTIONS. Sometimes prospects are confused and just need help understanding how affordable or useful something really is. I do agree with you, there are some situations where it's the wrong Prospect/Customer Profile which is more about qualification and less about objection handling. Hope this helps!
