Love the color. I used to dye natural wool (off the sheep) with plants I found in my area. The tips would dye darker than the base of the raw wool and when I carded the wool it would spin into a heather yarn. A lot of fun.

That sounds like so much fun! I have only dyed natural wool once -- in college -- and it was lots of work! Yet so rewarding! Thanks for sharing :)

❤this is an awesome way to thrift an item and then bring it to current fashion with a modern color. Thank you for sharing. If the item is a darker color should I bleach it first?
