Thank you! Schmincke sell their supergranulating paints in sets of 5 x 5ml tubes at a reasonable price I think, I only have the Deep Sea set and the Desert set but there's a lot that can be done with just those ten colours. The Derwent graphitint is also fairly well priced and you should be able to find them on line?

I think they're great fun to use in the right context but I stay away from doing skies with them. In this painting the manganese blue and the cerulean produced some serious granulating but I really liked it because we're underwater.

I just ordered Winsor and Newton Granulating medium. makes all your colors granulating.

What is the blue stuff that's already on the page in the top right corner of the water. It looks like u used wax or something cos it repels the water

Hi, it's Pebeo masking fluid (there are other brands), you can find it plenty of places online or possibly in your local art store. As you say it protects the paper and then you just peel it off when you want to paint the protected bits.

This was fairly easy, it's mostly just blue.

Perhaps you can increase the level of your voice? Even at max sound your level is low and not very understandable. The music overcomes your instruction also.
