Have you tried loading a watered down mix of white and tooth brush to make your snow. I think that would make your painting look even more amazing.

can I use the thinner paints out of the bottles or do I need to use the thicker paint in the squeeze bottles?? is there anything I can add to make my paints thicker??? thanks and I loved your painting

You can try with the thinner paints from the bottles. You may need to add additional coats. I use Liquitex thickening gel amzn.to/2AHdmsK (affiliate) to thicken my paint. Have fun!

Yes, you could use watercolor on watercolor paper. For the white areas especially on the tree I would use masking fluid. This is the masking fluid I use amzn.to/2kMNapn

cadmium yellow Medium Hue, cadmium red light Hue, quinacridone magenta, Emerald Green, Phthalocyanine Green (blue shade), phthalocyanine blue (Green shade), brilliant blue, bronze yellow. Can you use acrylics on porous wood? My grandsons found a piece of driftwood already shaped like a Christmas tree, so they want to paint a tree on it. I want to be sure that they use something that will work for them. Thank you,
