Mesmerising! Another masterpiece painting! Enjoyed how you brought an ordinary rural scene to a bright, colourful and lively painting! It was a treat to watch show the very bright sunlight into the painting. I notice the bright light falling of the roof top of the building, the steps and the trees in the background, the shade cast by the roof on the wall, the sunlight splashing on the water. At the same time, in contrast, there are the thick vegetation on the left and the right which cast very dark shadows in some areas including the water! The contrast is beautiful, but very difficult to painting, in my opinion! I think it is not so easy bring out this contrast! But you did it with so ease! Not only that, there is reflection of the coconut trees on the water! There is a great risk that what is intended to look like water doesn't look like water! But you did it so easily! I also remember another of your painting in which you had similarly painted a pond with lots of water lilies ( I think, the one for which you got the award!). So it was not a surprise ! But still, I watched it breathtakingly! Wow! What an experience! Eagerly waiting for you next painting on next Sunday! Thanks for sharing such a beautiful painting!
