You will also need some kitchen roll, a pencil and washi tape

Sap Green
Permanent Rose
French Ultramarine Blue
Don't worry if you don't have all these colours, you can look at my colour chart episode (bit.ly/30r7stq) to learn how to mix your own shades from a simple 12 pan student range palette.

I clicked on to purchase the brushes and to say I am astounded at the price is an understatement 😳😳😳 the brushes from Jacksons are £24 including delivery... And from another site a local art shop £16.85 including delivery. You are charging £40!!!!

Yes it’s absolutely fine that you buy them from wherever you choose. This is the cost that I as a small scale supplier who has to pay VAT and international shipping can afford to do.

Hi Harriet! I love both of your books, but struggle trying to keep them open while painting. I have taken them to two office supply stores to have them rebound with a coil, but they both recommended that I not do that because it would cut into the page too much and may chop off words or images. So I’m asking you to suggest to your publisher to bind with slightly oversized round coil on your next book. Thanks for reading this and for writing your books!
