This was So fun! Used it as a decoration for a fall card with the Autumn wreath. On the inside of the card wrote welcome autumn with a branch the robins perched on the branch. Loved it!

Went to a garden centre with my daughter and grandson today, and in amongst other beautiful decorations I saw a chubby little bird, and actually said to my daughter «I want to get out my watercolours and paint a chubby robin”. I did so many of these at Christmas time and just couldn’t resist watching this again on a snowy January day! My cards with these little robins turned out brilliantly every time - they were never quite the same but each had their own little character. I LOVE this tutorial! To my Mum, a Robin is her Dad and a Wren is her Mum. I want to learn to watercolour so I can paint them for her. This is the ‘easiest’ (famous last words!) tutorial and the sweetest little Robin I’ve found. I’m going to attempt it in the morning.
