I recognized this elephant when I saw it. It is in the introduction of a wildlife show (a kids show that I watch) and I have taken pictures of it off the television as I wanted to do a painting of an elephant and I loved this one. What you did with it is so amazing! I love the dramatic approach you took. Now I have to try it. It is something to get excited about. Thank you for sharing.

@@ChrisKempter years ago I would use chalk and white pastel on black paper and loved the almost photographic feel of the finished Artwork. After seeing your Elephant painting. I might rediscover the power of black and white again.

I really like this painting which is much different than anything I've seen you do before. Just beautiful. I was surprised to hear your comment about painting hair as your niminsis. As a layman I thought the dog painting was just awesome. But what do I know, I can't write my name and make it look good. Looking forward to the Panther.

Yes hair is very hard because the only way to make it look right is painting each individual hair!
