@@funTimesInTheSun Yeah, I have thought about that. I have an airbrush that I use regularly, but since so many people don't have one, it has seemed better to keep tutorial videos focused on hand painting (also, in full honesty, I am not as good with airbrush).

@@JollyLark You'd be supposed at how many people have air brushes, especially those that get these massive models. I personally want to get better with my airbrush and this model seems like the perfect model to use an airbrush on.

If I do a Thunder Riders video, I'd need to paint up some more (not a bad thing). The 3 Thunders Riders I've got now were all painted at ReaperCon earlier this year, so I didn't shoot any video.

Thanks a lot no I feel inspired enough to finally tackle my Apex Predator who I bought over a year ago because he was a good deal and has been sitting here all unprimed and dusty. Any chance that you'll do an Apex video?

I also have an Apex that's been sitting for a while, since I've gotten distracted by other projects. I need to decide if it's going to have a rider or not. And if so, which rider. I'd probably approach it very similarly to this, starting dark and layering progressively lighter, drybrushed colors. Then finish with some washes. I'd like my Apex to be much brighter and more vibrant, rather than the more muted earth tones of the Tontorr.
