Nice work , but if i can write something - if someone tell u that paint brand is not important - he is wrong , the same at colors . Try to use brands like AK 3 gen , Vallejo Model color, Andrea or Scale 75 . About thinner use dedicatet for acrylic or flow improver from vallejo . Retarder for eyes will be very helpful. Try to use wet palette - there u will get a perfect moisture and dilution. Wrote about technics like layering , glazing , mid tones , and other - because glazing like on your movie u will get tired , beter are midtones and layering on that stage :) to achieve smooth transitions :) In painting very important is the direction of brush passes , always end pass in direction where u want more paint to stay . Ask if u need something :)

well said sir, thank you for the pointers

Hi. If the painter is good, (and I am not) the brand is not so important. Offcourse, there are better brands. And Vallejo is better than this, but this is not the point of this video... And if you saw, I gave codes for other brands to... As far the wet palette, I tried it a lot. I dont like it because I hed problems with it. Also my menthor works with a stff one. And you cant say that wet is better. Is better for some people. Tommaso also explained all the things that you said, but I will talk about them, when I will actualy use them, and I will know how to show them. I am sorry that you are focusing on what is not in the video, instead of what is. Tnx for the intervention, mate. Always good comments from you... 🤟😀

Faces look good like you say more work on the eyes, also if you use a very thin wash of red over the white of the eyes will pull them into the face.

Very interesting concerning this high thinning of the colors. I never succeeded in making good transitions. I tried with Retarder but never thinned my colors so much. I will give it a try on my next project. Thank you!

For airbrushing base color of the face, is it ok to use Mr leveling thinner with Vallejo paint? I thought Mr leveling is lacquer thinner.
@dioramadevil6 ай бұрын
And it is... A lacquer thinner. It works with Ammo acrylics (100%). It DOESNT work with old AK acrylics (also this 100%). I am sure about those two, because I tried. Biberhunter scale models once said to me that it works with Vallejo acrylics, but I think that a club collegue once said that it doesnt. You try first. Put some paint on the well palette, put the thinner in and try to mix with a brush. For airbrush you will need a micro amount of paint and lot of thinner because Vallejos are like a cream. Good luck... ❤️💪
