Do you find that using an 8404 brush for washing has an impact on its lifespan? I love my Raphael brushes but I'm worried that using them for stuff like that will kill them faster.

For washes i havent had experience destroying my brushes, but contrast paints are brush killers. I just clean them almost after every painting session.
