Is the “round bristle” brush a filbert? All the round ones I can find are the pointy ones like the other 12 in the video.

Sorry for late reply, no, a filbert is flat and kind of "U" shaped at the end. A Round bristle is kind of similar to a blush brush, think, round looking if you looked at it from the top, and kind of bushy. Sometimes pointy brushes can also be labeled as "rounds" so it can be confusing.

I always include a detail brush because some people prefer to use it for some steps. But yes it can always be used for your signature ! :)

How long does it take to dry (the blue, green, white part)

It depends on how thick you paint, if you can see that it looks very thick and shiny, then it is still wet and may need extra time. You can always use a blowdryer to speed up the process. If you are painting with the 1 inch flat and you hold the brush perpendicular to the canvas, then the paint with dry more quickly because the layers will be thin. If you hold the brush close the canvas and do not apply much pressure, it will be thick and will take longer to dry. Regardless it should not take longer then an hour to dry, could be as short as 5 minutes.
