I would not have guessed that you dry brushed the green over black. I like the effect!

The dry brushing technique is pretty cool. Definitely helps with “mass production” of wargaming

Another great tutorial! Thanks for doing the single color green. I had been wondering what color to use to represent the Forrest Green of the early Bradleys and this color is certainly a good match for it.The model has the look of the 80's and 90's vehicles.

Very snazzy camoflague, I'd imagine this would work well on a tacticool/reasonable Marine Predator.

I saw the miniature and thought: *"WW3? 2020 IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!"* Aaaaand it's just a good painting tutorial. Thank God.

Yeah, it could be that it works in flames of war too and Team Yankee is called World War III: Team Yankee now officially. Still, at least have it in the description/tags.

Love the video… tank looks awesome… definitely using this as my US paint scheme… I know this video isn’t new … in the past I have overlooked it due to the description indicates a camouflage scheme… Something I didn’t want.. As Team Yankee is done in an era of the early 80s … And as I was in the us army I am aware that camouflage schemes were not used until the mid to late 80s …I have noticed you use the same large brush to dry brush base coats in many of your videos … Can you tell me the brand and size as it appears to work very well??? I didn’t see it in the video description and I’m getting a little frustrated trying to pause it over and over again trying to get a screenshot of it!!!

What European camouflage? It's just the base green paint with no camouflage.
@PeteTheWargamer3 жыл бұрын
Solid colours can still be classed as camouflage

@@PeteTheWargamer Yep! Most of the time the US military uses flat colors... WW2-Vietnam GIs flat Olive drab uniforms, Korea USAF Leave the metal bear and add some stripes, Modern day US Tanks need a paint job quick? Just paint it green or tan.

Yup, the game is set in 1985 ish Cold War gone hot. Most army units either had their vehicles this green before the NATO pattern was standardized.
