@@honestpanda4933 well it is a gaming headset so the latency in games is pretty minimal. Obviously not as good as top of the market professional headsets but still very good. I’ve only used it with my smartphone a few times since I mainly use it for my pc but when I do use it for smartphone it still is very good

Hey OldBloodNinja! It should normally pair right away with your LIGHTSPEED Receiver. Make sure you're in LIGHTSPEED mode on your headset and not Bluetooth. To do so, ensure your headset is powered on, hold down your Mute button at the bottom of the left ear cup (right next to the USB-C port) and check for a white/pale blue solid light, that means the headset is in LIGHTSPEED mode. Then select your G435 Wireless Gaming Headset in your Audio settings on your computer.

Hello! You should not have to put your G435 into pairing mode each time, so long as your device remembers the G435 headset and you have Bluetooth turned on.

Hello Senju! What issue are you having/how are you trying to connect? If connecting via the LIGHTSPEED Receiver (to your PC), make sure you're in Wireless Mode, so power on the headset, hold down the Mute button for 3 to 5 sec until you see a white/pale blue light come up, indicating that you're in Wireless Mode. If you want to switch to Bluetooth Mode (for PC or PS4), hold the Mute button again, until a darker blue light come up and starts flashing, indicating you're in Bluetooth pairing, and then simply pair to your device. Hope it helps!

I am having an issue with these and my nintendo switch. I can pair the headset and the switch, I can hear voice/music etc however when I am playing games such as fortnite I cannot speak to friends or other players. I have updated the firmware already, reset my switch to factory settings and setup all updates etc. Am I missing something?

I am thinking about using this headset for business but i am not about a specific usecase. Maybe someone can tell me if the following setup works. I want to pair the headset to my laptop and my iphone via bluetooth. Ideally it automatically connects to both devices when it is powered on and they are in range. And then it should be able to switch between teams calls on my laptop and phone calls without further adjustments or button pressing. Would that work?

Hello Nohndie! Unfortunately not, the G435 LIGHTESPEED can only paired to one device at a time, so either through the LIGHTSPEED Receiver, or via Bluetooth. I would suggest looking up something like an Astro A40 with Mixamp bundle if you want to have multiple audio sources, the Mixamp module will give you the extra AUX port you need for that type of scenario.

Hi! If the lights are blinking constantly, this means the headset is trying to pair. I bought this headset just for to use it in fortnite to play with my kid, because there is some strange bug in the game that BT headsets do not work properly so I need the 2.4gz. but the dongle does not connect no metter what I do. Hi! What platform are you using your headset on? It works with PC, PS4 & PS5 (via Lightspeed), and Nintendo Switch (via Bluetooth). To pair via USB dongle, press the mute button for 3 seconds of longer and the LED will light cyan for 5 seconds, meaning it's connected to the dongle. If you press the Bluetooth button, you should see a blue light, meaning it's then connected via Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much! The user manual suggested entering pairing mode with both mute & power pressed but doesn’t say the headset needs to be on. Most bt devices that requires pairing with combo buttons usually need to be in power off mode. I almost returned this thinking it doesn’t pair with iPhones 😂😂 Thanks to you I know I just wasn’t paying enough attention

I was able to successfully pair this to my phone. I tried it on another and I had to reset that phone's wifi and bluetooth then restart and that's the only time it detected the headphones.
