If you are serious about going back, make sure you have your school transcript to prevent any delays. I personally worked talked with Ian, one of the school rep and he walked me through the process of enrolling. He spent 2 hours talking to me, asking my future goals in my career. Yes, note-taking is always important. Easy answer - Cite your sources and reference them, always. It does not matter whether you are paraphrasing OR quoting a source directly. Keep in mind that all AI is incapable of providing (thus far), accurate sources. Using AI to 'paraphrase' is tantamount to letting the tool 'comprehend' material that any writer should attempt FIRST and summary FIRST. THEN, consider giving AI your material for improvement. Your ability to learn will be better. Nothing should be done to 'avoid detection'. Such a motivation is immoral and unethical.

I have a question, when I have to write a paragraph for a discussion post, I usually write my own ideas and then ask AI to reword it to make my words sound better. Is that ok? Some times I will copy the background of the question and the prompts to AI, and ask to help me write my post, then I take what AI said, and as you mentioned, I change some of the words and sometimes sentences or even take out sentences for it to sound like how I would actually write it. I am not so satisfied with JenniAI. Sometimes it recommends text from references which have nothing to do with my topic. And also keeps on suggesting the same written phrases. Or the text which I wrote suggests again at the end of the sentence. I uploaded pdfs in my library and it didn't use anything from there. Even when I asked it, it was saying something like I don't have access to your documents. 🤦‍♀Or paraphrases in a way that has nothing to do with the original text. It is so weird.

Absolutely correct statement!! I tried JenniAI and was disappointed with it. When you ask JenniAI to write a Essay on a certain topic it gives you a nice outline and well written introductory part. but probably starts whenever you move on to the next section of same eassy JenniAI starts repeating same texts again and over again. At the end there is no consistency in the writing and the overall outcome is poor. @Dr Amina , can you please make a video on how to overcome that problem?

Which college do you go to? Turnitin can detect AI writing. Your lecturer just has to enable it. Most don't.

@@bongarozani272 That is not true; AI detection's problem is that it spits out 50/50 or higher scores for every text you upload. So, even if your text is original, it often gets flags as AI-Text. So, the case is much more complex and complicated to identify.

I use quilbot premium too and I must say, I'm very disappointed with its paraphrasing and plagiarism checker tools. Quilbot Premium doesn't paraphrase texts with a "natural feel", instead it just simplifies the terms like a basic program would. Also, the plagiarism checker tool on quilbot premium is not always accurate. I once ran an initial test on my work with a plagiarism score of 14% , after paraphrasing and rewording the texts again, the plagiarism score was 25%.
