NZ has 4800 RN shortage at the moment, but most of the vacancies are not advertised. We are hoping it will be advertised on early next year.

@@NZ_Nurse_diaries thank you for your kind reply. But I have been hearing that more than 2000 cap candidates are reaching there on a monthly basis. So the vacancies will be filled soon. No agencies are aware of exact statistics, they are after the source of income only. It will adversely impact the dreams and life of RN aspirants. So that's why I humbly ask you, whether the care home vaccines are available apart from these RN vacancies? Because by the end of april 2024, the RN aspirants will cross the number of not less than 8000 in newzeland. Will they get a Job at least in care home?

@@NZ_Nurse_diaries yes madam.. It's giving some amount of relief. I hope you are well aware of the validity of OET {2Years}. Probably it takes more than a year to complete the entire new zealnd process. So once the OET is expired, either we have to rewrite the OET examination. So some of my friends are suggesting to grab the opportunity in the UK. Since the contemporary state of New Zealnd is not all promising to Newbie Nursing aspirants. So i have been trying to get a clear picture, since it involves the life of family and the dream of a Nurse. So no one is giving a clear picture. Agencies are giving hype.
