I picked TX as my first ACCA exam which I’ll attempt on 3rd December. I never thought it would be so hard, being a transfer pricing professional and not totally unaware of taxation (though Swiss based). I’m pretty sure I’m going to fail and I have studying for the past 2 months (working full time). I’m quite frustrated to be honest with the amount of stuff to memorize by heart. No tax professional needs to know so many things by heart since one can always consult the tax law. It’s honestly ridiculous!

Same here…How on earth does this subject have a 53% rate? I am studying PM at the same time which is considered the most difficult and is nowhere near to this shit taxation.UK taxation is way more complicated and I dont see the reason honestly
