according to BODMAS/PEMDAS rule we should add first then subtract so at time 13:00 the answer should be -1 no?

According to BODMAS, Adding comes 2nd to the last. Division takes the 3 position.

multiplication and division are interchangeable, so are addition and subtraction. for example, in an equation with + and - signs, you work it out from left to right
