It's possible that the exam creators intentionally left out this information since it was a 2-point question. However, please note that other examples of this exam and feedback from my students suggest that these types of tricky questions are not common occurrences.So feel confident! hey Benjamin, i briefly went over your website and realised that you are a business graduate. as a first time consumer of your videos, i'll advice you to avoid hard selling. perhaps, once at the end of the video (or at max. once at the start of the video) is enough to let your audience know and direct them to your paid course. interrupting the main topic of the video, which in this case was to solve a sample paper, can cause repulsion. a quick analysis over the video: almost 10 minutes out of 32 minutes of this video had you hard selling your course. you provide service first and money follows as a by-product. focus on making the quality of your main topic strong enough to keep your audience hooked throughout and then guide them to your paid services.
