Although they said in their email to wait for any updates and that there's no need to make a follow up, just a thought (worst case scenario), if i didnt pass, do you have any idea if they will still notify that you didnt pass? You should expect an email from them whether you pass or fail the interview. If you pass, they’ll send you a list of requirements to prepare.

@@johannmanapin1744 Hello po! from what I know, Athena has a pool of clients, so there’s a good chance you’ll get matched with one. If ever namn po na hindi mamatch agad after the training, you will have additional weeks of training to help you get matched with a client, and it’s paid, which is okay pa din. Survival mode po talaga sa Athena kaya double effort para makamatch sa client 🥲

Just a question po, if you fail the training, does this mean you're out and done with Athena? Is there like a bond for the paid training where you have to pay them back if you weren't able to complete the training successfully?

Hi! I'm not sure po kung out na agad once na nag fail sa training, pero they will give you feedback from time to time naman po kaya if medyo tagilid ang performance, sasabihan agad kayo kung ano yung dapat nyo pang iimprove. If you weren't able to complete the training namn po, wala po silang bond and ibibigay pa din nila ung training allowance mo base sa ilang weeks na nag attend ka ng training.
