How to Pass The Real Estate Exam in 2024 (Guaranteed)

In this video, I will go through the best and easiest way to pass your real estate exam on the first try! These are the methods I used to pass my own real estate licensing exam, and I am confident that with these tips, you can VERY EASILY pass.
The common misconception that wastes a lot of time is that you need to read each and every word on the real estate course. This is false - I passed the test easily and I mostly skimmed the material. Now, reading the entire text will 100% help you pass the test, but it isn't the best use of your time. So hopefully that alone saves you 30+ hours on your course.
We'll talk about the best strategy to pass your real estate exam (using practice questions), study tips, what content to study, and how many hours per day to spend.
Honestly, the test is not too hard and if you study using this guide, I can pretty much guarantee you'll pass on the first try. This test is just like any other state exam - you can learn to take it, review practice questions that closely mimic the real exam, and understand how they word the questions.
Getting your real estate license is quite easy and you should be able to get it in most states in about 90 days!

I recommend PREP AGENT!!! Saw this bu chance. And my advise is 100% VOCAB BUT THE EXAM IS BASED OFF THISE WORDS. LEARN THE VOCAB. Everyone learn different. I listened to the videos and live webinars. PREPAGENT IS IT

What do you mean by practice test? Are you talking about PSI practice test from their store from their website something you purchased?

PSI is a good resource. In California, our test is not from PSI. In many states, I know PSI is the main provider. When I was preparing for the exam, I purchased all the licensing courses + a bundle that included test exam simulations. I took those exam simulations over and over until I hit 80% on them.

This depends on each person… I recommend practicing the tests until you are consistently scoring around 80%. I did about 15 hours.

How close is the colibri Real Estate practice exam compared to the actual exam?

The format is similar. The practice is administered through a software called compucram. Questions are similar too. It will be up to chance on if you get 150 questions you’ve already seen though.

Test weeds out those that lack reading comprehension. It's a reading comprehension exam, so read read and study. Understand the material. If English isn't your 1st language; read, and get dic to comprehend every word.

Unit 1 is only 100 questions but you have 3.5 hours to complete the test.. NOT 150 questions with 3 hours to take the test.
