I don't think this video helps to solve the problem... from my experience the desired outcome for the vast majority of cases is this: paste text with basic styling "bold, italic, headings, lists", keep hyperlinks....and remove everything else. Gutenberg doing a great job in this regard. Problem is with other (custom) text fields in Wordpress. I couldn't find any solution for this so far.

Sorry for a very late reply. You are right, but the main purpose for this tutorial was to prevent issues with junk code being imported when clients and beginners copy & paste text from emails, pdf documents and other websites. For that purpose, it works really good.
