I can appreciate the effort but NO ONE should patch a hole this inefficiently. The hole shoulda been cut square, reinforced with a piece of drywall that was screwed into the wall with bracing (scrap wood works fine), taped and then skim coated. No need to make that many passes on suck a small area. Videos like this are gonna make kids stay away from the trades. You gotta be quick, smooth and make it look effortless. That’s the only way we’re gonna get the next generation(s) to embrace this kind of work.

The point of the video was to test a product!That’s why the thumbnail says DONT USE. I’m completely aware on how to patch a drywall hole the correct way. Thanks
