Hi Raman, aap student account se bhi fees transfer kar sakte ho. It depends on your college, If unka tie-up flywire se hai toh you can transfer your fees from any account.

buddy check total amount on flywire and ask them if they offer less total amount plus TCS certificate.

No it's not true... They do this tricks because incase your visa is cancelled, then the refund amount will be deposited in their bank account, so they can cut a portion from that money and give the rest back to you

Don't worry About TCS, if you are filing ITR. Because you can get a rebate of your TCS while filing your ITR
