You people forget the property registration cost. If you put that first then this idea is totally not worth unless if you are buying your first house.

Majority of newly constructed real estate properties are financed by black money of politicians mafia.. and common man purchase this with their hard earned white money. The cost of land construction of the building will not even be 50 lakhs but the builders will sell it at 1cr, so that they can give profit/ bribe share to politicians and government department officers for the necessary approvals for a building. Yaha hamam main sab nage hai.. sale sab paiso ke liye aapni maa ko bihi bech sakte hai ye kamine log..

If you buy second house, you don’t get this benefit. So it is only for the first house.

The total transaction cost to buy a property is about 9 to 10 percent upfront. 6 percent stamp duty plus 2 percent brokerage and registration, legal charges etc.

This is beneficial at the discretion of the buyer willing to buy a luxury flat might not be of great benefit if bought low valued property

Madam mera only Canara Bank me saving account hai. mujhe 2 FD book karna hai. Ek FD 4 lakh 50 thousand ki ujjain small finance bank me and dusri FD 1 lakh 28 thousand ki bandhan Bank me. Madam Yeh dono FD main Canara Bank ke Rupay debit card se kr sakta hoon kya, koi transaction limit ka problem to nahi hoga ya koi anya problem to nahi hoga etc.... batao madam please thanks.

The LTCG on property is now 12.5 percent and not 20 percent.

The 3 year holding means what? Let's say one bought an apartment that's launched now and will be completed in 3 years. Let's say entire amount was paid at beginning. Now can I sell after it's completed or should I hold it for another 3 years after completion making total holding 6 years?

If it is a 10 cr property you will be paying an average cost of 60-80 lkhs as stamp duty to the government
