Please do you have a video on how to do ANOVA with repeated measurements using graphpad prism, when numerical rating scale is used to measure pain in more than 3 groups of patients. Thanks

prism 8 does not show multiple comparison, I have not idea how make it appear
@StevenBradburn5 жыл бұрын
In Prism 8 go to Analyze>Column Analyses>One-Way ANOVA. Then select the Multiple Comparisons tab. Select Compare the mean of each column with the mean of every other column. Then go to the Options tab. Under the Multiple comparisons test header, use the drop-down menu to select the post-hoc test eg Tukey

Top Tip Bio i did the same thing. No multiple compare tab coming out. 😷

Hello, I would like to know how to use the anova one-way test with only 2 groups, thanks in advance :)
@StevenBradburn5 жыл бұрын
So to test the difference between two independent groups, as opposed to three? Then you will need the independent Student T-test for this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqG7pplrr655iMU

How would you present the p value in actual graph following one way anova?
@StevenBradburn6 жыл бұрын
Hi Rajesh, Many thanks for your comment. For the results of the overall ANOVA test, I would quote this in text. I usually only show the P values for the post-hoc tests on the graph - just to show which groups are different from one another. Or some people draw a horizontal line above all of their groups and add an asterisk to signify that they differ from each other. Then below this, draw lines between the groups which differ from one another. I hope that helps? Best wishes, Steven

Hi Steven, Thanks for the suggestions, it makes complete sense to me now. Best regards Rajesh
