Sir,what made your tlc method reacted to the uv lights?mind lighten me up?im just curious.sorry😅

The TLC plates are impregnated with a fluorescent compound, causing them to glow green. The products that climb up the plate with the solvent block the UV light from reaching the plate, causing a dark spot! Sometimes, the compound you are testing on the TLC plate will glow own their own due to the uv light!
