Mentioning as Babinski positive is incorrect. Noting plantar reflex either flexor or extensor response is preferred.

Is it fixed which end broad or narrow to be used in which reflex?? Or we can use any end in any reflex??

Only for biceps, pointed is used with finger on the biceps tendon, otherwise tendon will get ruptured. For the rest reflexes, broad end is used

It's not supinator muscle,, it is BRACHIORADIALIS Muscle( old name , supinator longus) Kindly correct it
