@PaulRichmondStudio
@PaulRichmondStudio 3 жыл бұрын
@@genevieve6021 It depends what you plan to do with the photos. If you just want to take photos to share your work online, your phone will work great. If you plan to make print reproductions, you will need a better quality camera for that.

Hello Sir! this was a really beautiful tutorial, I ordered my tripod tonight and can't wait to start editing my artwork. The next thing I would like to know is, do you have videos on how to sell your artwork online, on social media? Thanks a lot!

Great video! One follow up question I hope you can help with... my watercolour painting is done on off white paper which always comes out darker in the photo. How would you suggest lightening the background to its true colour without over lightening the painted elements? When I try to do this I often lose some of the lighter painted tones because they become too exposed. Looking forward to your thoughts!
@PaulRichmondStudio
@PaulRichmondStudio 2 жыл бұрын
I would suggest playing with the Highlights setting. That way it will only adjust the lightest parts of the photo rather than adjusting everything in the image (like if you used Brightness or Contrast).

My first time here. I'm happy to find you. Where can l learn about pixels and how to deal with them to use photos that are too large to upload to a website, email service forms, templates, etc. I have taken photos with my camera that are too large to upload. Thank you for making these videos. I'm going to click follow!

Hi Paul, thank you so much, this was so helpful and fun too. You are a great teacher, because you teach so kind and calm. No extra long story with professional language that will make one's head spin and feel overwhelming. May I please ask you something I am trying to find out for some time now? It is about the saturation of the screen of my phone. I now have an old Android Samsung, but got my first iPhone recently. I often notice there is a difference in saturation when I watch an image on my PC screen that was shot on my phone. Do you have any tips for how to set my screen on my new iPhone? Thank you so much! I wish you a beautiful weekend. Groetjes from Amsterdam :)

Thanks so much! Every computer screen is different. You should first see how your pics look on other screens to determine if the phone or computer version is more true. I believe you can get Snapseed for your computer as well as your phone, so you could always try doing the editing there
