I ordered the compression stockings to the waist and foot and enjoyed a workout in them today however I am in rest ice compression elevation mode right now

I have a few videos on lipedema, but many treatments, like lymphatic drainage, are similar. At the end of the day every person is so different and has different needs that see a therapist who specializes is ideal!

Hi. Question...I'm not diagnosed yet lymphedema but I have the symptoms ..so, i'm using a electric massage gun to help with the rubbing of key lymph areas as in your videos. My hands hurt but I enjoy the massage and my body is responding to it. Is it okay to use the massage gun and also I have to rub Vicks all over my butt and legs to help relieve pain.. I have osteoarthritis on knees anyways...58y.o.

Custom garments are extremely expensive even when my insurance paid some. So have ordered others through your recommended sites with the discount. Now my therapist mentioned going into a flat knit stocking. Are there any brands available to order?

Custom garments can be expensive, yes. I'm hopeful for better insurance coverage for all with the new Medicare changes this year, but that doesn't help in this very moment. Most flat knit are custom, but there are a couple off off the shelf flat knit- one being Solaris Exostrong. They don't fit everyone, but may work for some
