On this map, regions have different borders colors. Does it have any special meaning or those are just random colors, to not to mix them?

hope they dont do what new world did and wipe server so u have to start again . game looks grindy

They have said that they will be wiping if needed for a bigger patch during the early access, but once the game goes live after early access they won't be wiping. If they do wipe, it shouldn't be anytime soon I would think.
