I'm struggling to identify a good glove for telecom linemens to protect them from electrical hazards while doing their work. The nearest energy line here has 4k volts. Given the bad condition of the electrical lines and abundance of vegetation we have had some incidents. Issue is the Class 1 or 2 electrical gloves are so thick that they can't work the equipments on telecom lines. So they end up taking the gloves off and exposing.

Bro I thought it was a dumb question but turns out people have the same question nitrile is definitely the best the shiny, glossy one , as a tow truck operator touching oil and other car fluids consistently I've noticed it doesn't eat away at it like the polyurethane ones or the latex covered one , people here wear latex gloves like the ones you'd use for tattoos haha but those are uncomfortable palms all sweaty

How do you spell the name of the second pair of gloves you were explaining about, the all black gloves? I really can't fully understand what your saying. Thank you very much!!

He’s talking about the coating (grip) on the gloves. The dip coating is “Nitrile”. If you need help selecting a specific pair let us know. Hopefully that is what you’re asking. Thanks for watching!
