Not just for the app, writing in general. Todorov’s narrative stages are amazing and are used in every single written work. He has 5 stages, and they are VERY much worth a look up to have cohesive stories. You can also fit character arcs into this if you’re clever as well.

It's incredible how exactly like Joe I plan, kind of eerie. I use tags instead of names (MC, BFF, etc) and not only do I do "Maybe" ideas but I use "What ifs". Sometimes I have a concept and want to explore how it could play out, but I haven't gotten that far and might change my mind tomorrow. So I'll just write a note saying "What if ... (Whatever) happened?" And then think it through later. It's especially helpful when you get those 💡 ideas late at night or when you're busy. Always write down everything is the lesson here! Don't ever assume you'll remember. When I'm lazy I'll sometimes just write down a few words that will trigger the memory, like instead of "MC catches her stepmother cheating on her dad but when she tells him, he thinks she's lying to get rid of her" I could write "stepmom cheats, dad ignores MC." The rest of the thought will come back to me when I look at it later. Good luck to you all with your writing and anything you pursue!

Well, here's a recommendation if you plan your stories digitally: You can use the WAVEMAKER app to plan, organize, draft out and think out your works, both hazily and in fine detail. There are different tools you can use for creating a timeline and you can even go on a chapter-level planning. There are even character sheets to put down points in our MC's personality and character development. I'm not saying i USE Wavemaker though. It's a pen and notebook through and through...I just use that as backup in case i end up _loosing_ my notebook...because that happens a lot. Thank you for the video. While getting messy is pretty common while planning out a plot, my planning takes it to another level.
