In today’s video, I’m going to talk about how to plan a successful real estate branding photoshoot from start to finish.
We all know that in real estate your personal branding is an essential aspect of your real estate business.
How essential?
Your personal branding weaves its way into pretty much everything piece of real estate marketing that you put out there in the real AND digital world.
Now, what I hear a lot from real estate agents that reach out is…
“I know I need new headshots, but what are branding shots?”
“What are lifestyle shots?”.
So there are a lot of questions about how to plan a photo shoot. I cannot stress this enough... branding yourself as a realtor is an ongoing process. I heard this at a convention and it has stuck with me.
“You don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are.”
To me, this is the essence of how to make your branding so powerful.
What are the real estate branding ideas that keep coming back to you time and time again?
What is the lifestyle that you want to portray?
Who is the ideal client that you are trying to attract?
Personal branding for real estate agents is a lot easier than most people think. Real estate agent personal branding is all about beating a drum consistently.
This means you are branding your real estate business on a consistent basis. The messaging, posts, photos, videos, etc should have a theme, idea, or message that tells your ideal client who you are and how you can best help them.
I have taught countless real estate training classes on branding… Branding for Realtors, Personal Branding for Real Estate Agents, and so on and so on, and in these classes I found a roadmap for an agent to have a successful photoshoot to maximize their personal branding for realtors.
Now the best part about looking at your real estate marketing with fresh eyes, when it comes to personal branding, is this: It doesn't have to be about real estate.

I had an agent who attended one of my branding for real estate agents classes and decided to make a food blog for his city. He is now the go-to agent for the high-end homes in that city.
Why?
Because he had a consistent message of being the go-to expert for high-end restaurants. And who do you think goes to high-end restaurants?
