So I found myself not utilizing the monthly layout to its fullest and I adopted this method to use as a bill tracker and pay schedule! I also threw in birthdays and anniversaries!!! I love your creativity! 💗

Great video, Heather. This is such a helpful and informative series for both new and experienced planners; you have a really accessible teaching style which is both engaging and entertaining. I love the idea to use a laminated insert for recurring expenses, etc. to save both paper and time. I think it’s also super helpful for people to see that you don’t necessarily need a separate budget planner, you can use the existing planner and materials you have (which also saves money!). Understanding and being honest/realistic about income and expenditure is definitely the first key step to better financial management and planning. Would highly recommend Shay Budgets, E. Michelle, and The Organized Money for more in-depth budgeting ideas and planning.
