In summary, the things you can do to have a more productive WFH day are: 1. Build a morning routine 2. Have a space to get focus 3. Group the same kind of work together 4. Practice mindful eating 5. Have the right kind of breaks

Batching work is a life saver. I used to have a huge to do list but now I do one task a day, like content creation. Instead of repeating tasks weekly I do them monthly in bigger chunks. Also, recently I’ve been loving the pomodoro technique. I downloaded a pomodoro timer on my computer and it ‘s made such a difference to how much I get done.

Thank you for this. I really need to get it together. I struggle with consistency and burn myself out very often juggling family life and my own small business. This week I batch cooked so I can eat healthier at the right times. Next step is my morning routine which needs a big tweak.

I love working from home! I second your idea on building a morning routine - it really gets you ready for the day, especially if you go through your calendar and past day's notes to see what needs your attention ASAP. Loved this video!

Hi, I want to ask about Instagram comments. If I comment on someone's account on daily basis. (Same comments everyday) but sometidays it show and someday it's not to the third account (except mine and the account I comment). Why? (Here I want to tell you that person neither restrict nor blocking me, I can still comment anything except than one comment which post everyday ) please answer 🙏

Thank you honey for taking questions I'm 73 and just started a KZbin channel dear heaven it's just called Rose Hendricks and I swear I don't know what I'm doing I have to use my telephone as the camera I'm getting ready to put another one up tonight after my son shows me how to link things I don't know how to link anything but I've had depression and anxiety and I pretty much stay in the house all the time by myself and my dog so it's really doing me some good unless somebody writes terrible remarks about my double chin and my great big wrinkles that are hanging down any advice you could ❤️♥️offer would really be appreciated thank you so much honey God bless
