@SIMPLYCULTIVATESАй бұрын
Hello! Thanks for watching all the way from the USA! 🌍🍏 Yes, apples can be grown in Ghana, especially if you choose varieties that thrive in tropical climates like the Wambugu apple. Let me know if you need more info!
@SIMPLYCULTIVATESАй бұрын
There is a WhatsApp group for Wambugu apple farmers in Ghana. If you are interested, I can share the link.

How do you deal with the problem of fungal infection in your apple plants organically?
@SIMPLYCULTIVATESАй бұрын
I haven’t had issues with fungal infections, but I’ve dealt with aphids. I used rabbit urine for aphid control, and it also worked great as a foliar spray for leaf and vegetative development.

Have you tried any organic methods for fungal infections?

Where are your nitrogen fixing trees?
@SIMPLYCULTIVATESАй бұрын
Great question! I'm planning to add nitrogen-fixing trees soon to support the apple trees. Do you have any favorites you'd recommend? 😊🌳
@JudePowell-b3rАй бұрын
I can't recommend trees gor as I don't live in your country. There will be nitrogen fixing trees and bushes that grow in your country. You may need to do some research.
@SIMPLYCULTIVATESАй бұрын
@@JudePowell-b3r Thank you for the advice! I’ll definitely do some research on nitrogen-fixing trees that thrive here. I’ll keep you updated once I plant them! 🌱😊
