Ginger is one of the staple ingredients in any kitchen and one the healthiest as well. Market prices though with seasonality is fairly stable.
Our intercropping strategy is directly linked with the pricing seasonality of Calamansi. For us intercropping should not exceed 10% of both our time & capital. Income from these crops do exceed 10% in actual income.
